These terms cover use of the Stacking Gains app and its services. Contact support with questions.

Current availability

Feature availability depends on your app version, account and subscription status. In-app text and photo estimates are enabled for eligible accounts, with permission and within usage limits. SG Pro is the paid plan; the app shows whether a purchase or feature is available to your account. Compatible custom assistant connections and public provider-directory listings are separate: a working custom connection does not mean a directory listing has been approved.

Using SG

SG is a nutrition recordkeeping tool for personal use. You must be at least 13 and meet any additional age or consent requirements that apply where you live. Keep your account credentials secure. Do not access another person's account without authorization, interfere with the service, or use automation to bypass permissions, subscription checks or usage limits. Authorized assistant connections are permitted within their approved scope.

Nutrition information and AI

SG provides tracking tools and estimates, not medical diagnosis or treatment. AI estimates and third-party food data can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review entries and targets before relying on them. Consult a qualified professional for medical or individualized treatment decisions. SG does not guarantee weight loss, athletic performance or other health outcomes.

An assistant you connect is a separate service. You choose its permissions and remain able to review your diary and disconnect it. SG checks the access granted to a connection; it does not guarantee that the assistant correctly understood your request. A supported provider may require its own account or subscription, change its capabilities or become unavailable.

Existing free accounts and complimentary access

Version 1.0 was offered free without an in-app purchase, subscription or paywall. The existing promise to accounts created before paid plans is preserved: keep the existing app features free for good, including a monthly AI allowance. A new paid offer does not remove that commitment. Eligible early accounts retain 30 shared text/photo estimates per calendar month, subject to availability and service limits. Contact support for account eligibility and allowance details.

Separately granted beta or complimentary access follows the grant made to that account. Complimentary Pro access has the same monthly AI allowance as the paid plan unless the grant explicitly states otherwise. A founding price is not a lifetime-price promise.

SG Pro subscriptions

Where offered, SG Pro includes 100 shared text/photo AI estimates per calendar month, barcode lookup, saved nutrition modes and supported external-assistant connections. The shared allowance resets on the first of the month (UTC). SG Pro does not buy subscriptions to external AI services. Existing free app features do not become paid merely because you connect an assistant. Any separately granted beta or complimentary access follows the grant made to that account.

Available plans, the local price, billing period and trial eligibility appear before purchase. An annual price is charged for the whole year, not in monthly installments. Apple processes iOS purchases. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current trial or subscription period ends. Your Apple Account is charged according to the confirmed offer.

An eligible free trial converts to the paid plan shown at purchase unless canceled in time. A trial is not guaranteed to every account. Review Apple's purchase sheet before confirming. Manage or cancel at Apple subscriptions. If you purchased a subscription, sign in to the SG account used for the purchase and use Restore Purchases where available in SG, with the Apple Account associated with the purchase. If access cannot be verified, contact support before purchasing again. Purchase disputes and refund requests can be submitted through Apple's refund service; refunds are subject to Apple's process and applicable law.

Deleting the app, disconnecting an assistant or deleting your SG account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancellation, entitlement changes and account deletion are different actions. A published price is not a promise of lifetime pricing unless a separate offer explicitly states and supports that promise.

Planned U.S. offer

SG Pro is not yet available for general purchase. The planned U.S. founding price is $4.99 per month or $40 per year, charged annually, with a 14-day free trial for eligible accounts. These are planned offers, not an invitation to purchase on this website or a guarantee of trial eligibility. The current release is U.S.-only. If purchasing becomes available, the app and Apple's purchase sheet will show the applicable price, period and trial before you confirm. No subscription is sold through this website.

Account deletion and cancellation

Where available in your app version, use Settings → Delete Account to delete your SG account. Successful deletion removes account-owned records from the active app database and cannot be undone through the app. Separate support, billing and backup records may require additional handling. See account deletion and privacy requests.

Account deletion, uninstalling the app and disconnecting an assistant do not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel separately through Apple subscriptions. For refund requests, use Apple's refund service; Apple applies its process and applicable law.

Your information

You retain ownership of the content you provide. You authorize SG to process it to provide the features you request, including authorized assistant actions. Our Privacy Policy explains the data involved, service providers and deletion options. Do not submit information you do not have permission to use.

Availability and changes

Services may be unavailable during maintenance, faults or provider outages. Usage limits help protect access and prevent abuse. We may restrict abusive or unauthorized use. We will disclose applicable subscription changes and obtain any required consent; these terms do not override mandatory consumer rights.

SG is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The SG name, branding and application code are protected intellectual property. Food data obtained from Open Food Facts is subject to its applicable licenses. Provider trademarks belong to their owners; availability of a connection does not imply endorsement.
